Jojo’s Mediterranean Grill

While the food was good it was horrible customer service and I will not be returning. I ordered 4 entrees to go. They gave me my food but when I got to my destination I had only received 2 of them and we didn’t get any of the salads. When I called the restaurant they didn’t say sorry and the individual said they had to call their boss (Malik) to see what they could do. It was 20 minutes later when they called back and offered to send the rest of the food via Uber, but at that point we had already ate and it would’ve been moot. I asked for a refund and again they said they would need to call their boss. I got a third callback 6 minutes later saying they would refund me when Malik returned to the restaurant in a few hours. I never received a callback confirming the refund and every interaction with the person on the other end of the line wasn’t sincere or apologetic at all. I even pre-tipped 15% for a to-go order which totaled $96. Will not go back and do not recommend.

Great food and great service. The owner made us feel very welcome. Food had a lot of taste and it came very quickly! Halal too which was amazing 🏼

The food at JoJo’s is as fresh and as delicious as it gets. Glad we came across their fantastic reviews when searching for a lunch spot. We hope they open a location on the East Coast!

The Mediterranean Salad with chicken was soooo good. I love this spot, I’ve been here a few times and it always tastes fresh & delicious. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive and I’d come a lot more! You get what you pay for, I suppose.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Great prices, FANTASTIC chicken, and the workers are really upbeat and efficient. The food is so juicy and succulent, I eat every grain of rice off my plate! And $2 baklava?? YES please!
