Ms. Megahed is a local San Diego attorney from Rancho Penasquitos. She is described as a driven, aggressive, passionate and zealous advocate for her clients.
In 2004, she found her passion for Family Law while interning at the respectable Law Office of Emory L. Boutilier, which is the same office that the Honorable Commissioner Darlene A. White worked for.
While completing her Bachelor of Science Degree at Arizona State University, she sucessfully submitted her dissertation titled, “The Comparison of Family Law in Phoenix, Arizona and Cairo, Egypt” to the Barrett Honors College. Wanting to expand her horizons, she became the legal assistant to the Law Office of Francis G. Fanning to learn Employment Law. She also explored Corporate Law and Estate Planning at the People’s Choice in Tempe, Arizona.
Ms. Megahed moved back to San Diego County to complete her Juris Doctorate Degree. She volunteered her efforts to the Guardianship Clinic of the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program and the Family Law Facilitator’s Office of the Superior Court of California.
After Ms. Megahed was sworn into the California bar, she opened her boutique family law practice in Mission Valley. She provided family law services to various boutique law firms throughout San Diego County.
