Kinan grew up playing along the Neches River in Southeast Texas before relocating to Austin in 1995. 4 months agoI can't say enough about Kinan Beck and the level of service he provides. I have known Kinan since he helped us find a place way back in 2008. Since then we have bought and sold three houses, two condos, my mother in law's house, and multiple houses for my employees. In my opinion the main difference between Kinan and other realtors is that Kinan is fantastic in terms of negotiation. He has a really good understanding of the market, and how to get the most value without leaving anything on the table, on either side of the transaction. Combine that with a genuine interest in doing the right thing and it's obvious why he continues to be successful even in this kind of a market. Thanks again Kinan !

2 months agoTerrible experience with Kinan Beck and One Source Team. They have been so unresponsive and unorganized throughout the whole buying process. Next to none is the communication, and some key deadlines were missed. Lacking professionalism and attention to detail is frustrating. Kept in the dark all the way. Won't recommend this agency to any person looking for a smooth real estate transaction
