5 months agoAbsolutely the worst at respecting people's time. They schedule patients back to back and they never see you at your scheduled appointment time.

a year agoI initially went in because of a painful wisdom tooth and they tried to charge me over $5,000 for a bunch of other stuff. I opened a care credit account with them to pay for some of it so now I have to keep getting help from them. Iโve went in 2 or 3 times and I had to wait over an hour to get the treatment started. They donโt respect anyones time. Maybe, Friday isnโt the best time to go.

5 years agoI came here as a new patient with extreme pain needing an extraction. I was so nervous as I always am going to the dentist. I am a nightmare patient with dental anxiety but PCH dental made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. The office is beautiful and in a great location. The staff is beyond friendly and the dentist is great. She is very patient and actually listened to me and tried to come up with a solution and help me with every aspect of my dental treatment. I highly recommend PCH dental!

6 years agoMy first visit I came in to have a broken crown replaced. They did a full mouth series of x-rays which I did not ask for. Dr. Hanna kept me waiting for an hour even though I was the first appointment on the books. She quickly reviewed my x-rays and told me I need not only the crown I came in for but three more had to be replaced. At first she said two more but when I pointed to another area and said I was wondering if there was something going on there, she said oh, you need a crown replaced there too. She did not say I needed anything there until I said that!! I left and went to another dentist and had my x-rays sent over for him to look at and guess what....he saw no need for the three crowns at all!

7 years agoMy wife and I went to have the zoom whitening procedure done 3 weeks prior to our daughters wedding. The staff was friendly but the zoom whitening only lasted for 5 days. They offered to do it again and the white only lasted for 7 days and the color was back to like before we went there. I called my family dentist and told him of my experience and he told us that real Zoom Whitning should last a long time. I called PCH Dental and asked for a refund and the refused to do it. To Anyone that wants to have this procedure done don't go there you're going to waist your time and money.
