Earlier today I went to an open house in Providence RI, in the Federal Hill area with my Real Estate Agent. There was Buyer’s Agent Barbara Wales from Engel & Volkers there with her client, right from the start, I could tell she was unpleasant. Not only she was rude upon arrival, while myself and my agent was talking to the Listing Agent, Barbara interrupted our conversation in full force. I understand real estate can be cut throat at times but to be utterly disrespectful as she was, is shameful and unprofessional. If I was her client, (I’m glad I’m not!) I would be embarrassed for the both of us. I’m not sure if she wanted to seem intimidating, but my money is just as good as her clients.

I have worked with Valerie and her team on multiple occasions and have found her to be extremely knowledgeable, responsive, professional and most importantly honest and hard working. I don't think it is any coincidence that she found qualified buyers at or near my asking price!
