4 months agoRudest owner!! have been giving him the benefit of the doubt for a couple years, assuming he's tired or having a bad day. But, enough is enough!! He doesn't smile, hates when you ask him questions, gives rude responses, and is just a very unpleasant man. I just called to ask if he had deli meat, he said yes. I asked what type and he hung up the phone. I will never be going back here again! You lost a loyal customer.

6 months agoThe owner told me he would not give meat prices by phone. I drove to the store and while speaking with the butcher the owner kicked me out saying donโt do that. I have a large event to plan for and now will have to buy my meat somewhere else because Iโm disappointed with the lack of kindness. There are no prices posted in this store for meat or any of their rice. Why would anyone buy without knowing the price?? For the record, the prices for chicken are $5.49/lb and for beef $6.99/lb. Decent prices but terrible service for a Muslim company.

2 years agoVery bad experience!!! I bought boneless goat meat this morning at $13.99/lb. The butcher said they only have prepackaged and when I got home and opened the pack it was not meat but the stomach lining and other organ linings labeled as ground goat. The heat was rotten and extremely smelly. Had go throw away a $35 meat purchase. They donโt even deserve a single star for their arrogance and the dishonesty to sell rotten goat parts labeled as meat. I am lodging a complaint with the FDB as Medina is selling rotten meat and cheating consumers.
