Monroe Hookah Lounge

The staff is so nice!!!!!! The place is clean, has great music, and the hookah flavors are so smooth. I would highly recommend. We were having a slight bad time because we went to a place that treated us so bad but once we walked in started talking to the young man he was so cool and nice we felt welcome! I would come back anytime. If you’re looking to unwine it has a relaxing atmosphere but you can also be yourself!

Horrible customer service! We ordered tea it was very cold! Also they brought the baghlava like that they didn’t provide any plates, didn’t have napkins. When I asked for one they directed me to use one from bathroom! We were left with hookahs without the hookah coals for so long. Don’t come here if you want to save your money and time!

There aren’t a lot of options for hookah around. This came up was a little far but mandatory hookah visit. The hookah was fine. There was no complaints so that’s a win. They don’t serve any alcohol or hot food. Just some snacks and sodas. Decent hookah place open till 1 am in the area.

The experience was quite disappointing, to say the least. The noise level was incredibly high, making it difficult to have a normal conversation. Furthermore, the quality of the hookah left much to be desired. The lack of space was also a drawback, as there were no separate seating areas in the lounge.
