10 months agoAnyone who is looking to work with a realtor who is immensely responsive, knowledgeable, patient and professional should call Neveen immediately. It took us FIVE (5) years to find our perfect property, and Neveen was with us every step of the way from the day we met her through the day we closed escrow and beyond. We have encountered so many agents who called once or a couple of times and then never followed up with us again. Neveen is in a league of her own. Whether a quick text to check in, a visit to a house truly anywhere "just to take a look" (which literally happened hundreds of times over the past five years), and then when we finally found "the one" but wavered back and forth before signing the counteroffer, Neveen never made us feel like the indecisive inconvenient clients that we felt we were being. Neveen has been our cheerleader through every single communication and encounter. When we FINALLY found our house, Neveen did all the right things to ensure our offer (which was one of many at full price or more) was the one the buyer accepted. She has had our back when we didn't even realize we needed the boost, such as getting us closing credit on a property that was "as is", and I would recommend her to anyone who wants to work with the absolute BEST!
