This review is for Sonia Panicker license#01406150z Very unhappy with her services. She is nice don't get me wrong but she is not good at what she does. Sonia over promises and under delivers. She takes no accountability on top of that and plays with the truth. She doesn't have enough knowledge that takes to be a good agent and blames it on the clients. for instance, I had told her about our situation and she said she didn't know even though I had a witness when I had shared that information with her but again no accountability just excuses. So anyways if you want your house to not sell sure choose her but don't fall for her promises. Very disappointed with her... I can't believe a company like this would work with an agent like her I was truly hoping for better.

He worked very hard to find just the right buyer and never stopped until the right one came along. At one point, there was a glitch in the process; Chris stuck it out and pulled everything through to have a perfect end result leaving the buyer and me pleased with the results. From writing a competitive offer( that ultimately got us the home), to scheduling inspections. He handled weeks of complicated paperwork and forms, I truly could not have done it without him! My 90 Year old grandmother whom lives out of town was also involved in the process. Horrible Agent: Just called Nick Sadek Real Estate Agency and spoke to Tammy and was transferred supposedly to the listing agent. She answered "hello Nick" thinking she was talking to her husband Nick. I told her that I would like to set up a viewing of the listed property and she replied that before showing she needs the "approval financing letter" first before anything else. I told her there will be no financing and she said it did not matter . She was harshed and sounded unfriendly over the phone. I rather give business elsewhere and find another house to buy with different listing agent or agency before I ever deal with Nick Sadek Real Estate Agency ever again.
