Kristina Platonova was our Real Estate agent when we were buying our townhouse in Van Nuys in 2018. From the very beginning she shows us her professionalism in the real estate. She is also feeling people perfectly. She knew all our needs and our budget to get a property and she could offer us a list of nice houses in a proper area every day. All the documents were sent us out on time. She kept in touch with us every day and gave us any update right away when she had it. I highly recommend her. I am sure that she will find the best home for you and your family too! You will be satisfied for 110%.

Only 1 star because I can't give 0. I found a listing for a house for rent and I called to set up a viewing. When the lady listed as the agent answered I told her I was interested in the listed property. She then rudely asked me to tell me about myself - I started with my name to which she condescendingly asked 'is that supposed to be a last name?'. Once we cleared her disapproval of my name I went on to tell her about my family and me and after a few minutes of telling her about us she says 'umm yeah I've already shown it a lot and there a lot of applicants already so I don't think you can apply, sorry' to which I simply replied 'I don't think you are but thank you anyway'. And that would have been the end of it but.... she called me back and demanded to know what my problem was, when I explained that it felt a bit weird that she made tell her about myself and then after my long speech she says 'no you cant apply' - that led to her yelling for about 3 minutes about how I was accusing her of something. When I told her I wasn't accusing just stating how I viewed the situation she then opened the flood gates on excuses - the property is no longer available (have a screenshot of the current listing, listing has only been up three days), I didn't read the posting correctly (for a place that is no longer available?) screenshots show there is no mention of it being unavailable, that the house was too small for us (there are four of us for what is essentially a 3bd with a converted garage (so 4bd? there is also a bunk bed in one bedroom and the other has been converted to office space?? doesn't exactly reflect that she is too concerned about people being cramped in there), lastly she yelled for like 2 minutes about MLS listings and demanding to know what 'my problem was' to which I had to remind her that she is the one who called me back - finally she hung up. Maybe this lady was having a bad day today, but I frankly don't understand why I had to go through this whole spiel to tell her about me and my family, and in the process made to feel like an idiot because my name isn't Bill or something, and after all that be told 'no' - maybe I would have given her the benefit of the doubt but the second call sure sounded guilty about something. Sucks that you can serve your country in a war but people like this lady still won't let you into her neighborhood. Thanks for that!
