We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Robin Lack. She went above and beyond both as our buyer agent and again as our seller agent. She is thorough and tenacious. Even though our house was a middle class house, she always made us feel like the most important client she had. We would hire her again in an instant.

So. If you are planning to use this company, there are a few things you should know. They are dishonest. Make sure do read every paper the put in front of you as they will change the contract before you sign it. After that, they will harassass and threaten you with eviction after they knowingly promised on thing and do another. Please do your research and look up this company and all the lawsuits and unhappy people. If you have dealt with these "people" before, we will be seeking a remedy to stop them from taking advantage of people and will be collecting information soon. Please stay far away from Alexis and this place.

Andrey, I just wanted to let you know how much me and my husband appreciate your initiative and how down-to-Earth you were. You stood by us and took our back from the beginning.
