    I was harassed by an agent from this facility over not wanting to work with them, specifically as my agent. They not only were unprofessional with me but with my lender. I explained to Alex that I've already purchased a mobile home in the past and already know the process to purchase one. There was information that I needed in order to start my pre-qualification process that he kept insisting could be ignored/bypassed with my lender. That was NOT the case at all. This information is crucial for approval. He called both me and my fiance poor simply because we were trying to purchase an affordable mobile home. Even compared my purchase to being pennies compared to a sale for a million dollar home. I have all the text messages and emails that I would be more than happy to forward to the manager of this establishment. If I could put no stars, I would.

    Editing because of the reply: Brenda did not do what my father asked and she should not act like she cared. Sounds like his passing only sucked for you because of closing the escrow and sale... she didnt check on us or the house after the sign day and very little in person work at the actual house. She wasn't even there for the inspection that turned out to be an unqualified inspector that lied on the reports that she might personally know after all. I had to deal with the other realtor myself while Brenda had other things to handle... how does that make sense? She may be top person to strangers but maybe she got comfortable with us and left us to figure it out. she did what she could to make the sale and left, I even went to her with my concerns and was brushed off because "I got the house" yeah along with alot issues that could've been fixed and addressed by a proper agent that cared more about us than making good sale and moving on. Sadly, if i was to call, i would only be repeating myself since there's nothing that can be done now. I may or may not have legal standing with the reports i have so that's one route but I don't think its best. Replying to speak the truth is all. End of my edit. Decent company. Matt from accounting was awesome. My experience was back in 2020. Our agent was Brenda Gonzalez and other than starting the process and having me sign the papers. She was not as helpful as I thought she would be. As a first time buyer with my siblings. She did the bare minimum on explaining things about the house or contract. Lack of knowledge, we continued. She was not there for important factors and had a lack of attentiveness with us as her clients. Inspection alone should have had red flags but she said nothing. More feels like she got her paycheck and went home. Done and done. It was afterwards is when it was explained to me how little she cared and she chose to do less for us. Perspective on the real estate business has changed and now not sure who is trustworthy but felt the review should go up đź‘Ť Keller Williams may be good but my experience was not.

    I am posting this for Jana valenti real estate agent lisence no #00913996.She framed us saying 6440 montezuma rd is a single family home .Initially we were busy with the traveling. We dumped our stuffs during the first month and we travelled out of country for 2 months.Ofcourse we paid 2 months rent. After coming to the rental unit ,we came to know this was duplex , some body was sharing our wall.She did not say somebody will share this single family home before.In the meanwhile, we faced trouble ,harassment from front tenant .His name is Robert Griffin . Left sided neighbors and Shared unit neighbors are close friends .They started to tease us like banging on our gate and our window walls o/side ( left sided neighbor) .Also ,the shared neighbors are always thumping on the floor and banging on the walls inside. They together will put blame on us to their respective house owners.Left sided neighbors are always noisy and we could hear them with trolley and barrel and they even make noise after 12 am midnight , we can hear noises from them after 1 am , 2 am. We have evidence , we will post in google review for 6440 montezuma road. In our first month of stay , we did not get any parking spot as assigned for us from the front tenant’s parking lot.After communicating with Jana Valenti, they did agree to give 1 spot for us. The front tenant in their rage had damaged our car in the first month of stay, there were bumps and scratches always in our car.After that, we began to park off street.There is no freedom to walk to our rental unit in the back .The front tenant is locking our gate where we usually dump our trash with ease. He put his logs of wood and his old furniture on our side and he is intentionally trying to block the way where we can easily go out to walk out of the unit , Then we had no other option rather to use the left neighbors walkway where they always park their car .There is no proper walkway for us to get out of the unit to the road for our jobs or go out for our needs We noticed from the shared neighbours marijuana smell from air vent all the time.we did notify to Jana but there is no action for that too. There is always smoke coming from left neighbour’s chimney in front of our main door. We can’t even open the door because all the smoke smell will get in the rental unit

    November 11 2022 Update Keller Williams your agent saw information on the internet and acted upon it. He didn't check to make sure the information he saw was accurate. Your ill-informed agent upset my entire family. Your agent yelled at my Mother in Law. That was uncalled for. Your agent was wrong on many levels. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This guy knocked on my door & told me, my place would be foreclosed upon in 2 days. He said the preforeclosure information was on the internet. When he left I checked, my place was listed as being in preforeclosure. Contacted the bank. The bank said he was lying & to call the police if anyone shows up to take possession. So far I have reported him to the FBI, California Attorney General, United States Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, California Governor, Department of Justice & the White House. Someone is going to lose their place because they believe his lies. Here is a picture of the card he handed me.

    John Leslie - I am sorry you feel this way - I was only complying with my clients terms for showings of the property. They have a tenant in the home and do not wish to bother the tenant unless they know the buyer has the means to purchase in terms of an approval letter or Proof of funds for an all cash offer. I am more than happy to schedule a showing for you if you can please comply with the owners wishes for showings of their property.
