Their realtor Jeff Fusco is a fraud. He will team up with the Inspestor to give a fake inspection but when you move in the house, you move in with a lot of issues at your own expenses. Jeff Fusco is a fraud - this agency should revoke his license. I’m filling a complaint.

So, if you're a single mom looking to buy a home, I'd avoid using Sean Collier w/ Realty ONE Group as your realtor. As you can see from our texting interactions, he obviously has little regard for single mothers and may not be the ideal choice when trusting someone to have your best interests during your home buying process. Very disheartening.
