in the last weekI came in on a Sunday and the servers were very sweet. I ordered the roasted artichoke and moussaka. The artichokes were big and roasted well while remaining soft on the inside. Very tasty. I also really enjoyed the moussaka. The portion was big and the dish flavor profile was accurate. I've been to other restaurants that don't recreate this traditional dish accurately. So happy I stop here.

a month agoI use to frequent this spot with colleagues for lunch. It can be a little bit pricey sometimes but the food is outstanding. The interior and exterior are very nice. If you're ordering lunch it's preferable to order ahead if time is limited, but they're usually pretty good about getting food out quickly.

a month agoI am so disappointed. This used to be my favorite Mediterranean place. I went there for the first time in years. I got Chicken Kabobs with Hummus and grilled veggies and my bf got Steak Kabobs with artichoke hearts and hummus and two drinks. We paid $60 and the portion is much smaller than it used to be and it wasn’t even good. Both the Chicken and the Steak were dry with no seasoning. The Hummus had a weird taste and nothing like it used to be. The artichoke heart didn’t have any taste AT ALL. The veggies were the only thing that were decent and even they were overcooked. The food lacked seasoning. Overall it was just not good at all and I’m sad to have lost what used to be such a great Restaurant.

8 months agoService and food was great. Got an entree plate with lamb gyro, olivada and stewed green beans. The flavor was just so good and definitely helped to kill the mediterranean craving I was having. Small parking lot so you may have to walk a bit if it's busy, but it'll be worth it.

10 months agoI placed a phone order with ease and the order was ready to pick up exactly when I was told it would be. The staff looks happy. The chicken is grilled to perfection. The hummus is warm and fresh as is the rice and flat bread. I'm definitely going to order lunch from Olive Pit again and again.
