Established in 1997.
We first opened our doors as Panini Cafe in Corona Del Mar, CA.
While we began with an Italian-influenced menu, we have since evolved into a celebration of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine.
Our inclusive menu grew to include entrees, appetizers, salads, soups, and desserts for every taste and appetite.
Guests particularly returned again and again for our signature charbroiled kabobs.
To reflect our wide array of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern fare, we changed our name to Panini Kabob Grill in 2017.
With the increasing popularity of our freshly made food and the relaxed, casual environment of our restaurants (good for anything from a quick bite, business lunch/dinner, to a weekend date night), we expanded all across Southern California and even Arizona.
Come and visit Panini Kabob Grill… your new, favorite, Mediterranean restaurant!

2 months agoMy best panini kabob grill experience so far. We are big fans of the restaurants, and go to other locations often. This was our first time at this location, and it was our best experience so far. The service was friendly, accommodating, and fast. The food was great. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. Great experience, highly recommended.

5 months agoThis is the second Panini Kabob Grill I've visited, and like the one in Cerritos, the food was fresh and delicious. The chicken kabob had just the right amount of char without drying out the chicken. The falafel were crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. The chicken pesto panini was great. Prices were fair, the place was clean and the staff was friendly and attentive.

10 months agoWe used to live in Pasadena and I work at Glendale. We moved to Irvine and was worried we wonโt be able to get our fix. Such a blessing there is a panini grill here in the OC area. So hard to find a great place for great hummus and chicken kabobs. This is our 3 time here. Overall, everything is amazing. Once we entered we were greeted and seated. We came at the right time. Our server Alfredo, was so caring and kind. He checked on us like 4-5 times. Very helpful. What we ordered: - appetizer combo plate. We shared this. Great. Flavor. Fresh. - Kids meal. Chicken plate with rice and broccoli. - Kids meal. Bow noodles and butter. - Charbroiled chicken shish kabob. Perfect. Very fresh. Amazing!! Always on point! Overall, the food is amazing. Our server Alfredo is outstanding. The ambiance is nice and beautiful. I also love you can eat either inside or outside.
