Kelcey represented us in the Summer of 2023 with both the sell and purchase of our new home. We had a difficult situation where we were in a home for under 2 years, and she was able to represent us and sold our home for top dollar. Bottom line, we wouldn’t be living in our forever home if it wasn’t for Kelcey and the Dillon team. We were not living in the area at the time, but when we found our dream home in Bonita, a family member recommended Kelcey. Within 24 hours we found ourselves driving to the house for a private showing before the open house for the public. The house had several offers but she helped us navigate multiple counters and our offer was ultimately selected. From there we had an extremely short escrow so she immediately jumped on scheduling our inspections. The process was more difficult than normal because the seller was using a relocation company as a middle man, which made sticking to our short escrow a challenge. Throughout the process Kelcey was in constant contact with us and the sellers agent, doing whatever she could to keep us on track despite the relocation companies best efforts. And all along the way, she always made time to answer all of our questions. If she hadn’t helped us buy our forever home, I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again.
