I was recently shopping for a rental house for my son who is relocating to Jacksonville. Devouring the internet on my own for two weeks just caused frustration and exhaustion at the lack of cooperation from those listing agents, I made a decision to seek professional help an entered the doors of Watson Realty on Hodges Blvd. There, I met a most impressive, positive, caring and smiling woman named Keri Trevett. She immediately saw that I was overwhelmed and literally within one minute, I knew I had found the right person to help. My tension drained and she sprung into action finding homes to show me. We had quite a lot of fun getting to know each other and exploring possibilities. Within forty eight hours, we found a perfect home for my son. Keri was so positive even when listings disappeared into thin air within hours of viewing them. She knew and kept assuring me that we would find just the right home. In a year when my son is ready to purchase, there is no doubt the heโll be knocking on Keriโs door. Thanks again Keri!
Mary Ann Conley was absolutely fantastic. This was a difficult time to buy a home, but she did a wonderful job guiding us through the process. She made excellent recommendations and helped us find a home that we love. We couldn't give any higher praise. She's the best.
Danny and Sharon McMullen have amazing marketing skills. They sold my home quickly and for more than I thought possible. They kept me informed every step of the way. They are simply the best!
This review is for the branch at Hidden Hill, my thanks for a great service. I worked with John Clement for a few months when our family was looking for a home. It took a while to find what we were looking for but he never got discouraged. John is very professional and respectful. He was on top of our needs and helped us with what we were looking for. He never tried to sale us anything we didnโt need or anything that was outside of what we were looking for in a home. When it comes to real estate businesses, the agent must change with society and technology. John always responded my texts and emailed me back within minutes. Even after the closing he stayed working with us to fix some loose ends. Before I started working with John, I worked with four other agents. They were bad. One never responded to text or emails. She only used phone calls, and it took forever to get a call back. Another one always tried to push and tried to sell us every single home we looked at. And there was one that after three months dumped us. She said we were not serious on buying and she didnโt want to work with us anymore. Just like thatโฆ Seriously!!! โฆ It takes time to find the right home. Anyway, if you are looking to buy a home, do your research, read some reviews, and ask questions. For us, we were lucky to find John Clement. Thanks John and great job! Our family recommends him to everyone. Good luck on your search.
Again, if I heard the closing agent say "it is the same paperwork you already received online/e-mail, just sign it here and initial it..." I would have walked out. But we had already invested so much time and money, I had to just snap at the lady and tell her we were going to read the documents we were signing.
And sure enough, a name was misspelled. But it was okay to change it and initial, but before Watson had messed up, "these documents cannot be changed or altered in anyway."
