4 months agoMy mother recently died, and when trying to sell her house, the realtor, Ken, rudely went through my mother's things and found her body. But he was generous enough to help me get rid of it properly. His realtor skills are questionable, but he has an honorable morale compass.

4 months agoThey use spam callers to try and get new listings. When I told them no thank you to listing my house, they were very rude and just hung up. Clearly an unprofessional office - if you are a buyer or seller, be wary of their tactics, shady place.

5 years agoHighly recommend working with the Robert E. Howell Group at Keller Williams Beverly Hills. Their marketing and negotiating skills are the best I've ever witnessed. I have friends who have listed for a year with another realtor and let their listing expire. I referred them the Robert E. Howell Group and they were in escrow within 2-3 weeks. I can tell Robert sincerely cares and they put their clients first.

4 months agoSome agent named Kenneth from this office has called my husband twice and me once awkwardly asking if we want to sell our house. Then when you say no and ask to be taken off the list he hangs up on you. Why on earth would anyone want to work with this person as their broker OR even work with Keller Williams in extension? So rude.

a year agoI worked with an agent Shawn Kormandy and that was the worst experience of my life. During this process of selling my house, his team left the gate open a few times after showing the house. He would ignore my messages. He never trusted me during this process. I couldn't wait to finish the process of selling my house because of the frustration. I would never use KW of Beverly hills again. And I do not recommend anyone to use them at all.
