Reem sincerely deserves 5 stars. We moved to VA from New England and not familiar with the area. She was extremely attentive to our needs, well versed in the marketplace, and astute in pointing out the pros and cons of each home we visited. And, she is very personable person and a pleasure to work with. Ver quickly, my wife and I felt that Reem had our interest at heart and was someone we could trust.

We are so thankful to have had Reem as our agent. She is incredibly professional, warm, friendly and really knows the market. Reem takes the time to explain all the details of the home buying process. We felt that she sincerely wanted to help us find the best home for us, and not just sell any home. She made sure to point out the pros and cons of homes, which was really helpful. We were under a very tight deadline, but Reem remained calm and reassured us that we would find our home. In a short time frame she was able to turn around all the paperwork and have us selected from a number of bidders for the home we wanted. She is a hard worker, and very responsive. Reem is also excellent at building and maintaining relationships (e.g. lenders, home inspectors, handiwork/service, title company) which makes the home buying process smoother. I don’t think we would have gotten our home had it not been for Reem’s advice and ability to work quickly. We highly recommend Reem, and believe she can help you find the right home for you.

Reem was very attentive to what we were looking for in a new home when we moved to Northern Virginia from Arizona. She gave us great recommendations for local vendors as we moved through the process. We had to make most of the contracting arrangements long distance, and she stayed on top of everything and was very good about being present for appraisals, home inspector, walk through, and all of the additional requirements while we were still in Arizona.

Reem assisted us this summer with the purchase of our investment property and with listing and finding a tenant for the property. She is very knowledgeable in what she does- you can tell she has years of experience in real estate transactions and whether it’s looking for imperfections during walk through before closing or policies and procedures for certain provisions of the rent, she is on top of it. She also doesn’t hold back, is aggressive when needed to your benefit and has been very professional and friendly at the same time. We will use Reem during our time in Northern Virginia.
