As a lifetime Houstonian, I’ve bought and sold houses across the city for my family of four: from the
sprawling suburbs to an empty nester townhome and back. The excitement of finding “the one” is
unparalleledโ€”and closing on it is even better. After decades working with physicians and
executives in the Texas Medical Center, I’m taking my dedication to clear communication and
attention to detail to the most important place of all: home. From start to finish, I can be your
right-hand guide for advertising, financing, inspections, and closing assistanceโ€”and, of course,
with tips and tricks for staging and home improvement to get your house sold.
Buying and selling is a milestone. Let’s work together to make it one you’ll never forget!

Isnโ€™t it a bit insane that the sellers who contracted Keller Williams signed at 9 am today, we the buyers signed at 12:30 pm today and their agent Christy Bulerez is holding the keys and garage opener to our new home hostage at 5 pm because she wants money that is not in the contract or any agreement that has been sent to her and signed and wants it off the books? I cannot believe an agency would tolerate this type of behavior. She graciously messaged my agent for her sign yet does not think she needs to hand over keys. Iโ€™m appalled that this behavior would be tolerated.

I recently engaged with a Realtor from Keller Williams, Ziad Al Kayali .. whose misleading advice has caused significant issues and financial losses. This Realtor, assured clients online that they did not require permits for making changes inside their homes. However, this information is unequivocally false and has led to a range of problems. The repercussions of acting on this misinformation have been severe. These oversights resulted in delays, fines, and even the possibility of having to undo completed work, causing undue stress and financial strain. After encountering these difficulties, we are taking the necessary steps to address this issue. We plan to escalate this matter to the Texas Real Estate Commission and Keller Williams, the broker representing this Realtor. It is crucial to hold accountable those who provide inaccurate and misleading information, especially when it pertains to such critical aspects of homeownership. In conclusion, I would advise anyone considering working with this Realtor to exercise caution and verify all information independently, especially regarding legal requirements such as permits for home modifications. Trust is fundamental in real estate transactions, and it is disappointing to encounter such misleading practices that can have far-reaching consequences.

Today is Second day after closing and i still havenโ€™t received the keys from the sellers realtor . This realtor Christy Bulerez is a joke.. she dropped by to turn in all the keys and garage door openers, when she was outside she asked for her Realtor Sign (i know this because my realtor told me thats the first thing she asked for over the phone with her when she arrived) โ€ฆ just because i put her sign up in the garage so the wind wouldnโ€™t messed up she decided it was funny to take off with my keysโ€ฆ really disappointed at KW i had to pay a locksmith

My interaction with Dillon Loren from Keller Williams Metropolitan Realtors was highly unsatisfactory. His unprofessionalism and slow response time were incredibly frustrating. Despite filling out personal information on an application, I never received any further communication from him. This experience has left me questioning the credibility of both Dillon Loren and the company as a whole.

Agents voicemails are full.. donโ€™t return text messages or emails. No one at this office who the agent is listed as working with answers phones or emails.. so confusing as I thought that was the entirety of the business and point of them even existing. If I can perhaps find the owner of the propertyโ€™s information.. Iโ€™m sure theyโ€™d love to know that they donโ€™t actually try to sell their property even when the buyer comes to them!
