2 weeks agoLoved everything about this place. There is a lot of Mediterranean choices in Glendale, but you gotta get in here! The atmosphere is very nice and casual. My service was excellent. The food was incredible. I had the chicken kabob. The chicken was so moist and flavorful. The veggies were great. The salad was also so tasty. Oh, I also had the Koobideh Wrap and a side of lentil soup. The wrap was delicious and the soup did not disappoint. I have zero complaints. On top of all that, it is very reasonably priced.

a month agoThis place is so cozy yet open and airy. My goodness the color in the Mediterranean chickpea salad was something to be excited to dig into. The service was also inviting and fun. Lots of smiles and fun interactions. I wish I lived closer to come here more often! Teddy Bear, our waitress, was the best!!

a month agoWe ordered the boneless chicken kebab plate with brown rice and the house salad, along with the jewel salad and 3 lemon waters (complimentary). The portions were huge and easily filled up our party of 3. The service was friendly and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this place!

2 months agoExcellent food. I went for a late lunch. I had a glass of wine and the chicken bowl. Very tender and juicy chicken. Everything in the bowl was fresh and delicious. tasted the falafel which was also very good. The music was a bit loud. Waitress was friendly and prompt.

6 months agoSalt & Olive offers a dining experience that, while satisfactory, doesn't particularly stand out in a crowded culinary scene. The service at the restaurant is very goodโprompt and courteous, making the dining experience pleasant. However, the menu feels quite common, lacking unique dishes that might entice a diner to return frequently. They also offer a range of drinks and cocktails, which could be a draw for those looking to enjoy a beverage out, though these too align with the more standard offerings one might expect at any typical dining establishment. The quality and taste of the food were okay, but again, nothing distinguished the dishes from what you might find elsewhere. Constructively, I would suggest that Salt & Olive could benefit from introducing some signature dishes or unique culinary twists that could define a more distinctive dining narrative. Such additions might create a more memorable experience that encourages repeat visits. Overall, it's a competent venue, but with some creative adjustments, it could truly shine.
