a year agoI wanted to share the unethical practices by an employed realtor at this firm: Yeleines Viera. After a verbal agreement was executed on a property, she went back on her word and agreement and proceeded to inform her mislead client on the egregious errors in proceeding with an open house. I would never recommend her as a listing agent, realtor, or advisor.

3 years agoFinding a realtor who is efficient, responsible, honest, knowledgeable about the subject and persevering in his goals, highly trained to make a client happy, is one of the few things that I can appreciate among many qualities in this realtor. Loyalty and honesty when he sits with you is something that is persuaded by just being in front of him. Knowing him and working with him is a privilege, HIS WORK LEVEL IS ABOVE ANY EVALUATION, his work hours and disposition are incalculable and humanly difficult to reach ...
