2 weeks agoOrdered their best selling dish. The chicken was amazing but overall very dry. The plain rice was tough to gulp down. A nice gravy would have been better. The platter is enough for two.

a month agoWe ordered two soups and main dishes. Instead of bringing the soups first, they brought them with the main course. The soups were served cold. Interestingly, the waiter offered to warm up the soups after serving them. I was excited to try their saffron rice dish, which was advertised everywhere. However, I was extremely disappointed to find a long hair within the rice on my first spoonful. This used to be a good restaurant before the pandemic, with a buffet on some days of the week, but their quality has declined, and the restaurant has downsized. The waiter was nice and offered me the option to order a different dish instead of the original one. I will not be returning until they improve and follow basic restaurant etiquette.

a month agoSufiโs has some great kebabs in the SD area. Service is half self-service where you order at the front, get a number, and then take a seat. Service done by actual servers was great, hence the stars. We ordered family style and the food was delicious and fresh. The koobidehs are great, especially the chicken koobidehs and chicken tandoori / thighs were juicy. The beef barg and beef shish kabob were slightly tough. They also have some nice spicy chutney that you can get on the side. They do get busy and the restaurant was more than half full when we went on the weekend.
