Dr. Malik is the best! She is kind, responsive, and truly listens to patient concerns and needs. She acts as a partner in improving patient health. As someone who would avoid doctor visits in the past due to negative experiences, Dr. Malik has made me feel safe, comfortable, and supported. She has continued to help me address my medical concerns and improve my overall wellness. I recommend her wholeheartedly!

Please avoid. This doctor does not care about her patients. Cancelled two appointments on me the day of in less than a week. The first time was because I was not able to switch from virtual to in person despite the fact that it was the same day noticed (less than 30 minutes to take off work and arrive). I was scheduled for today as well and an hour before my appointment cancelled on me. Last week, after such poor back and forth communication, I told the assistant who took my call that I wanted to switch providers after this last appointment. The message received today was that my appointment was cancelled because I asked to switch providers. Horrible communication with patients. Last week I asked for someone from her team to respond to my call yet no one did. Called and asked for Dr. Malik to call- no call- sent a message on my chart- not a single response. I’m really, really disappointed in how poor her care or concern to patients is. Also very concerned that she thinks it’s ok to switch appointments without any notice and assume that most people can take off work at the drop of a hat. Courtesy and an apology goes a long way. Instead, she was avoidant and cold. Doesn’t leave a person feel cared for in the least bit.

I love Dr. Malik! She is really listening to you and your concerns, she hears your needs and she takes an action . She is on point with your health and she is preventive rather than reactionary , which means she checks you and is doing everything to prevent health issues instead of waiting to treat them . Dr. Malik is kind and very attentive . She truly knows what she is doing and cares about her patients. My friend recommended Dr. Malik to me and now my parents and I are here! The staff is very nice too ! They have a lab right there and a lot of other specialists in the same building , so it is very convenient!
