She explained the home buying process to us thoroughly, connected us with a lender, supplied a home inspector, and gave us recommendations for contractors. Most importantly, she answered all of our questions in a timely manner and made us feel confident and ready to buy a home! She gave expert advice on what to look for in a property and recommended an area we hadn't even looked at before (and we ultimately ended up buying there); it felt like she knew what we wanted better than we did! As a renter I had an amazing experience. My broker Kayla Moreira was the absolute best. She was attentive to my needs, showed me properties within my budget and with all of my asks (even the ones that weren’t absolutes) and helped me to get a great condo to rent. Communication was excellent. All emails and texts were responded to with great timing. There were NO surprises and she doubled checked all associated fees so I wouldn’t be blind sided. She made certain that I knew when she received my communications. The transition between the landlord was smooth and she really helped to relieve ALL the stress that comes with moving. Even sent me links to things around the neighborhood and a direct link to get my utilities set up. If you are a renter, Kayla and her team are definitely it.

We recently worked with Charlie Peavley of the Keri Shull team to sell our home. We just knew it was going to be a tough road for us because we had already moved to another state and figured that trying to sell "remotely" would be difficult. Charlie worked very closely with us and gave us the confidence that he and his team could handle this and help make the remote sale a winner. He gave us the information we needed to feel comfortable with the process and understand where in that process we were. I liked the fact that there was a team, not just an agent that tried to do it all. Charlie was a great communicator, always keeping us up to date on the process and if we needed to get documents reviewed/signed. Charlie and team are located more than just a few miles away from the home, but they were always ready, willing, and able to do the work and meet at the home if needed. We were able to sell the home for asking price within a few days of being on the market. Charlie reviewed the offers and walked us through them to understand what was being offered and why some things were good and some things were not as good. He went back to some of the buyers to ensure their offers were complete as some left of information. The last house we sold was over 20 years ago and a lot has changed since then so we were very grateful for his experience and knowledge. We had evaluated 3 agents prior to selecting Charlie, and in the end his attitude, knowledge, and team support won us over. We could not be happier with the outcome.
