Karen Pado used to be a realtor for the Poway area. She sold me my house. When I was ready to sell it, I thought I would use her again. She informed me that she nows lives in Arizona but nothing would change in her services. I told her that I was the kind of client that wanted hand holding. She used the words "if I need to, I can be here the entire time". I took her at her word. So began the nightmare journey. She was there for the first open house. I'm pretty sure that was the last time I saw her in person. She lagged getting back to me on phone calls and texts. She sent someone from her office to be there for the second open house. The flyer didn't even have her info, just his. When I began to feel that her services were pretty lacking, I decided to change realtors. Consumer beware.....I had unknowingly signed a six month exclusive contract with her. I gave her the reasons I wanted to changed realtors and requested that she let me out of the contract. Not only wouldn't she let me out, she said that only way she'd consider it was if I paid her thousands of dollars. Her broker supported her and I was stuck. I took my house off the market and on April 20th, my contract finally ended. Do not use this woman for your real estate needs.

I only give 1 star because I cannot give 0 stars. We have rules in our condo complex that he decided he did not have to follow. I called him and he said he would not comply with our rules. Typical privileged male thinking the rules are for anyone but him. I would not recommend him to sell anything!
