2 months agoGrateful to find a Halal spot in Pittsburgh close to the hotel and the university. They have really nice wall decor, colorful and ethic. So cool! The food was delicious. We ordered chicken shawarmas with fries and drinks. The staff were super friendly and accommodating.

4 months agoWe visited this restaurant on the 4th of July and ordered five different dishes, a mix of bowls and wrap sandwiches. The restaurant was quiet and didn't have a large façade. We came based on Google reviews. The food style was similar to Chipotle. We were very satisfied with our meals. The meat and rice were delicious, and they emphasized that all their food, including the burgers, is cooked in-house. Inside the restaurant, they were playing a video with Middle Eastern music and scenes of snowy streets, which was very calming in the intense heat of that day. I noticed that the restaurant probably gets most of its reputation from its takeout service. Overall, it was a good experience. We chose this restaurant because it was a 10-minute walk from our hotel and had good Google reviews. The staff was very friendly and respectful.

3 months agoExcellent food and service! I had the chicken shawarma bowl, and it comes with 5 add ons. All the toppings were marinated so well. They also gave us free samples of a delicious lentil soup. I hope to come back again when I visit Pittsburgh!

3 months agoFirst let me start by saying I’m a very picky eater. Yaba exceeded my expectations! The halal smash burger was delicious, nice and hot and the burger was soft and juicy. Th falafel took the show tho. It was crispy on the outside but fluffy and moist on the inside. The staff were very respectful also, even tho me and my family came into the restaurant about 30 minutes before closing. I highly recommend this restaurant.
