Claudia Savino is one of the most unethical and unprofessional Realtors I have ever worked with. When asked to fix a simple issue that was stated in contract, she lied, and became hostile and emotional. She refused to honor the terms of our legally binding contract. Claudia exhibited a major lack of integrity in her position, and cannot be trusted to honor her fiduciary duty to clients. If a person becomes hostile and emotional when asked to do their job, and the right thing, there is a serious problem. Claudia is a “take your money and run” Realtor. I would not work with this Claudia as it seems she is only trying to get sales and does not care about the client’s best interest. Buying a house as a first-time homebuyer is supposed to be exciting. Claudia and her brokerage have made it extremely stressful and unpleasant. Do not work with her. There are many options for honest and professional realtors in OC.
