I have been with NB Elite Realty for several years now and what I like most about being an agent with them is that Nebo is willing to train on how to get financial independent and I don't have to travel to an office everyday. The systems that are in place make it very easy for me to get to closing with ease.

The absolute most dragging experience I've had the displeasure of dealing with. We inquired about a TINY HOME that was listed for a MERE $950 located in the armpit of East End that they so strategically label as "revitalized". Nicole Flakes was the agent we had to deal with and she definitely lives up to her name. She will flake on you day after day by coming up with a different problem every time you speak to her. You'd think closing on a $950 rental would be an easy thing to achieve, but given how they carry their business with potential tenants, I can see how their listings stay on the market for extended periods of time. If you're looking for a professional brokerage service, stay away. Don't let the 5 star reviews of their own agents fool you. Ms. Flakes will talk to you in a condescending tone as if are too stupid to understand simple rental terms. Buyer/renter be warned.

NB Elite is an excellent company that offers 100% commission, and I am happy to have joined. Both the broker and office manager offer amazing support, and are there for you when you need them.
