Yummy Kabob & Cafe

I had the displeasure of dining at yummy Kabob recently, and it was an absolute nightmare. Not only was the food of abysmal quality, but the owner's behavior towards customers was downright appalling. Instead of providing decent service, they chose to engage in heated arguments, hurling insults and abuse at patrons. They were hitting the customers with weapons and tried to harm them. You clearly see in the photos. Save yourself, dignity, and the headache and avoid this establishment at all costs.

Disappointing Experience with Lamb Mandi Today I dined at Yummy and ordered the Lamb Mandi. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The taste was bland and lacked the rich flavors typically associated with this dish. Additionally, the meat did not seem fresh, which affected the overall quality of the meal. I ordered 4 Shwarma Bowls off of UberEats, and when it got to me it was missing 2 of the bowls. I reached out to them via chat through Google, they responded to me within minutes and called, and sent me the 2 missing bowls, plus a soda, plus a slice of cheese cake right away. I really appreciate good customer service, which a lot of places are lacking these days. I’ve literally not experienced such GOOD customer service in a LONG time. Not too long ago there was a different place that I had an issue with one of their products, the guy tasted the food that wasn’t good, and then after putting his mouth on it, said “we don’t do refunds”… Normally that would have possibly lead to a physical altercation/response, but I was so shocked I couldn’t even respond!! Had Yummy Kabob not been so kind, 2 people would have not eaten tonight, so myself and my family are extremely grateful for the level of customer service. What’s sad is the condition of customer service that’s the standard these days is so low, that it makes what should be normal customer service, seem like the kindness of Mother Theresa herself! More restaurants and stores need to follow in the footsteps of this place! It would make the world a better place. In the other hand, customers need to stop trying to scam businesses as well, so these businesses would feel more comfortable offering good customer service. It’s a two sided coin… really, people should just be nicer to each other in general, but that’s a conversation for a different day. Anyways…The food was still warm when I got it, and it’s very very tasty! I’ve experienced places that skimp on the food that was the solution (I guess to save a few cents), but Yummy Kabobs portions were equal for every dish and in general, very generous. I highly recommend this place and will be ordering again 🔜. I would like to eventually try every menu item they offer. If the rest of their menu is as delicious as this dish was, then I have some happy bellies to look forward too. Thanks Yummy Kabob!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5/5

Hi it was bad experience for me.You have to hire new managerand change your music playlist Service was 0!Trashes stayed on the table more than 30 minute and nobody takes care about it!Music sounds was to noisy.They served my food after 1 hour and nobody excused about it.like it is supposed to be like that.I worked more than 5 years F&B industry and I haven't have bad experience like a this place.But I think you can do better.If you doing service only for a Arab population you have to mention this otherwise you should mixed up your playlist.
