3 months agoI had a terrible experience with this immigration lawyer. They took $5000 from me and dragged my case out for two years without giving me any updates or information unless I constantly called them. Whenever I asked about the status of my case, the secretary couldn't provide any details and would tell me, "I need to talk to the lawyer. I will call you back in a few hours," but they never did. I would call the next day, only to be told to wait another day because the lawyer was out, even though they should have spoken to the lawyer the previous day. The lawyer himself was incredibly condescending, shaming me for trying to read the conditions of the documents, saying, "It's not like you understand what it says, just sign it." Shady and pretty scummy behavior if you ask me. Many Arabs choose this lawyer because they have Arabic speakers, but I strongly advise against it. I understand that cases take long and need time, but in the meantime, customers need updates and progress checks to know what the hell is going on with their $5000 and if it's being put to work. The incompetence and lack of professionalism I experienced was unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and find someone more reliable.
