I went here the other day to get what I needed and overall they had most of the ingredients I needed. All of it wasn’t the brand I was looking for but it was still the same thing so I didn’t care. The guy we saw at the register was extremely nice. And with my fiancé recently converting it was nice to go somewhere with other islams.
I visited a day before Thanksgiving and the first thing that stood out was how clean the store was. I have shopped at international markets from Arlington to Woodbridge and this is the cleanest international market I have seen. The butcher/meat section was spotless and the shelves were well arranged. I believe that they can work on improving their selections. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.
I came here to see if they sold Nag Champa incense, they don't but I left feeling lighter from the wonderful energy. I'm now addicted to the freshly made veggies samosas and the tasty ice cream pops! The staff is respectful and kind. I have made new friends there.
Under new management. Very clean and organized. All varieties are available. Indian, pakistani and middle eastern groceries. Prices are lower compared to other stores in the area. Halal meat and fish is available. The best part is they only use hand slaughter chickens which are green feed and antibiotic free. Also, great customer service.
Small but decent selection and friendly staff. Their friendliness is probably the most remarkable part given the nightclub-level noise bleeding through the walls from next door that they had to deal with. Bring cash.
