Stay away, Sam Alba is dishonest. As the owner of a business I can’t believe how poorly your communication was.. We viewed the property at 49 Sycamore Dr. Cranston and put in an offer and you came back and said it was low, so we went higher. You then came back and said the owner paid $10,000 more than our offer and did “a lot of work”. I asked my agent to please find out what the work was that he did so we could make another offer, we weren’t making a higher offer without knowing what work was done to the house if any at all to warrant a higher price. You never Responded to our agent! Who does that??? Also you didn’t have one thing filled out in the Disclosure. How are we to believe a lot of work has been done? This listing has been on and off with different prices. Something is wrong here and you didn’t take any responsibility to help us. It’s easy to check City hall and see who owns the property and how much they paid for it.
