Arpad was excellent to work with in the sale of our home. He understood and explained clearly the market situation and dynamics of selling. He explained things clearly at each step and provided us the final decision after talking through the different options. He frequently touched base and always let us know what to expect and what we needed to do. He was very friendly but clear with potential sellers and worked to get us a very strong offer. We would highly recommend Arpad to anyone!

Arpad helped some friends buy a place, and was referred to as someone who was diligent about pointing out potential hazards with or negative features about a property. I'd never bought before and the payment model for a buyer's realtor seemed questionable to me, so a realtor that wasn't going to rush me into buying sounded reassuring. I bought my condo with Arpad in 2013. Five years ago, I got married, and we started looking for a bigger place soon after - but it took us years to hone down on what was important and/or appealing to both of us ;) A couple of years ago, I got pregnant and the urgency picked up - our criteria in what we were looking for also changed! Still, it took us till early this year to find a place we liked and could pay for. In all these years of looking, Arpad never hurried us, or made us feel unimportant. He was ALWAYS prompt with his emailed input on properties that we were interested in, and showed us quite a few. He arrives early when showing, engages with any neighbors out and about to get an idea about the place, as well as the neighborhood. After showings, he'd spend time with us, evaluating the place, going over it's pros and cons, trying to gauge what we liked and/or disliked about it. I highly recommend Arpad as a buyer's agent!

Arpad is an excellent realtor and a great human being. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with him. He's very knowledgeable, thorough, ethical and professional. He knows this industry very well. Very professional, courteous and always happy. You go to Arpad with a real estate related problem and most likely he would know what to do - if not he'll do his due diligence and makes sure that you understand the risks and nitty gritty of the situation at hand and make an informed decision. No pressure to buy sooner - he makes you comfortable with the process, educates you, guides you and enables to take the right decision. Arpad is simply the best. What is immediately apparent is his depth of knowledge.
