Dish N Dash – Sunnyvale

This location is different from the rest of Dish n Dash stores as it's cafeteria style- you order at the counter and pick up your food in a tray when it's ready, seat yourself and clean up when you're done. I've had a way better experience here than any of the other locations. The food is great and the staff is very friendly.

I was a bit disappointed with my chicken wrap. There were four very small prices of chicken and a whole bunch of veggies. The flavor was mostly of the sumac spice they added. I felt they skimped on the main ingredient. The last time I ate here was about 8 years ago and was much more positive. Counter helper was very friendly and answered my questions. The interior hadn't changed a bit. Certainly far less people dining.

Lipsmackingly yummy, down to earth and minimal fuss executed perfectly! This was a vegetarian heaven in a somewhat meat-heavy area for restaurant options at superbly reasonable fare. The entire dish and all aspects screamed unique and exciting flavors which worked together really well and was a plentiful portion which left me with zero complaints. The falafel was also grilled perfectly, crispy yet light and fluffy left me drooling for more, the salad and grilled veggies were seasoned with some awesome spiced, all topped with crunchy and peppery baked pita chips. I can't wait to return and cannot recommend the Veggie Shawarma with Grilled Veggies and Grilled Falafel enough!

DISH N DASH is a fantastic Mediterranean joint. First of all it has cute outdoor seating but little indoor seating, so if you have a large group and it is cold outside don’t come to this location. We went in the summer so it was the perfect temperature in the night to be “outside”. I also noticed they were fresh juicing so I ordered one of the juices. The pineapple apple lemon mint juice was so good and foamy. It was very refreshing and fresh as it had been juiced like 2 minutes before. Definitely recommend the juices or smoothies. I then got the beef shawarma pita with garlic dip and hummus. Both of my dips were jaw dropping. My favorite was the garlic dip which was overloaded with flavor and had an amazing consistency. They also provide 4 different dips for free so you should definitely try all of those because they are all unique. The beef shawarma pita itself was also pretty good, but it wasn’t anything special. The meat wasn’t flavorful enough, however there was a lot of it so no skimping. The pita was toasted and really good so definitely try some of their pita! The next thing I tried was their falafel which was BOMBB crispy on the outside with a soft and dense interior. It went so well with all of the dips. The service was also really cute and nice with our order coming out very fast and all workers being very kind. OVERALL I would definitely recommend Dish n Dash and I would come again. The food wasn’t exorbitantly priced either!

Fantastic food! Really enjoy their chicken wrap. Thin crust, very fresh and flavorful ingredients. I sometimes order from this place multiple meals in a day.
