This was my first time at this office. Very clean. The staff were all very nice, helpful and friendly. The Doctor obviously had reviewed my chart since I hadn't seen him in 3-4 years. He was right on top of all of my issues. He was very personable. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He then explained what procedure he was going to do, which was the Endoscopy and Colonoscopy. Everything went well and I am just waiting for 8/15 which is when the procedures will take place. Dr Al Hamid is amazing. He’s thorough, thoughtful and very informative. He takes action to handle what’s happening and cuts no corners. I left there feeling hopeful and feeling like we’re moving towards a solution. He also has great bedside manner, very kind and makes you feel comfortable and safe. He’s a great doctor as well his staff are wonderful too. Highly recommend this office and Dr Al Hamid.
