10 months agoBar none this is by far the worst real estate agency. We saw a house that we thought we might like in Sugarland. It was listed on the market through Debbie Marin and was the only house that she had listed. The online request was completed to tour the home. According to the instructions, the agent was to confirm the appointment. This was over three weeks ago. We waited and nothing. We received not a single text, phone call or email from this "agent." We left a message for her to call us back to set up a time and still nothing. We even mentioned that with the holidays we did not expect to see the house during this time but still wanted to set up an appointment after New Year's. We decided to contact the main office to see what could be done. We got the name and number of the head real estate agent, Shelley Walzel. A voice message was left for her. Again, a return call was not received. What is wrong with this agency? Apparently, they do not want to sell houses. Our condolences to the sellers who deal with these clowns! We would not use them even if they were the last agency on Earth. They are very unresponsive, uncaring, customer service deficient, and utterly unprofessional. It seems others feel the same way and is not surprising based on the number of bad reviews they have garnered. If stars could be subtracted then they would be awarded a rating of 0 stars. Avoid them at all costs!

a year agoI rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience with Karen Espinoza, the agent representing the buyers in the sale of my house, was so unprofessional and disappointing that I feel compelled to share it. Throughout the entire process, Karen displayed a severe lack of communication, causing repeated delays that ultimately led to significant financial losses on my part. What frustrated me the most was the complete lack of transparency and updates on the progress of the transaction. My closing date was repeatedly pushed back, and I had to endure unnecessary stress due to the constant uncertainty. I understand that unexpected issues can arise in real estate transactions, but proper communication and empathy are crucial when dealing with clients. Furthermore, Karen's disrespectful remarks to my realtor were uncalled for. My realtor has over 20 years of experience and has always shown genuine care and dedication to her clients. To hear Karen belittle her expertise was both unprofessional and insulting. I want to emphasize that effective communication and professionalism are vital in the real estate industry, and unfortunately, Karen fell short in both areas. I strongly advise potential clients to think twice before considering her services. On a positive note, my own realtor was exceptional throughout the process, proving that there are trustworthy and caring professionals out there. It is essential to find an agent who genuinely values their clients and prioritizes their needs. In conclusion, my experience with Karen Espinoza was extremely disappointing, and I hope that my review serves as valuable feedback to improve her services and prevent others from going through a similar ordeal.

8 months agoThis realty company is complete fraud. My fatherโs house canโt be sold because my dad passed without a will and the probate process has not been completed. This realtor called Mitzy Hinojosa Mclean has been harassing the currentโs home tenants. By roaming around the house 3-4 times a week taking videos and photos without the tenants permission. The realty company has been notified of the situation and they keep harrasing the tenants and been sending fake letters trying to evict the tenants in which is illegal. They supposedly have a contract to sell the house in which the house deed is still under my deceased father name. At this point I will take legal action because the harassment to the tenants is just unbelievable.
