Falafel City

My job training occurred around the corner from here so I walked around to see what food options there were. The neighborhood is absolutely disgusting BUT this gem was worth it. I ordered the chicken plate and it looked amazing and taste even better and the price wasn’t draining my wallet. Definitely have to visit these guys again. The food is amazing!!!!

DONT GO. I'm not even going to talk about the location or the unpleasant smell and the unlimited flies in the restraunt. I ordered wings and a burger meal. The wings were burnt from one side and stale fro. The other side. I don't even know how that's possible. They charged me approx 5 extra to make my burger into a meal and they forgot to give me the drink and the fries were in very small amount. Went there just because the food was halal but atmosphere aside, they didn't even give me full order . I didn't return to get my soda because the parking in impossible in that area and it's not even safe.

I love this place. They are so nice to all walks of life and the atmosphere inside is very relaxing. I love all the workers attitude, they are ready to get you fed.

I was a regular customer and their Falafel was the best in SF, but it been dry with no flavour for the second time . I am editing my review from 5 to 2 stars. I will not come back

We were looking for a good falafel in the Union Square area and found this place by reading some reviews. I have to say that going there at 8 pm on a Sunday evening was a bit scary. The area doesn't feel so safe. However I am so happy we did it. They have the best falafel I ever had. It's sized right and the portion for the side falafel is more than fair. Great taste and texture. We also had the gyros plate and it was pretty good with great hummus! I totally recommend this place!
