Farah Abdul Ahad was born in Prague, Czech Republic. She has a rich cultural background and speaks English, Arabic, French, Spanish and Portuguese. She attended Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with Honors. She completed a minor in Multidisciplinary Studies in Sciences. Ms. Abdul Ahad was on the Dean’s list, served as the President of the Science College Student Committee and was a recipient of the Science College Scholarship Award. Ms. Abdul Ahad then obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Montreal, Quebec in 2016 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Montreal in 2017. Her unique law school experienced as made her well-versed in both the French Civil Law and the English Common Law legal systems.
Following her graduation from the University of Montreal, Ms. Abdul Ahad completed an internship in a civil firm in Ottawa, Canada where she gained valuable experience in Business Law and Real Estate Law. In addition to gaining civil law experience, she also assisted in researching and preparing an Application for Leave to Appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada.
Ms. Abdul Ahad became a member of the Law Society of Ontario in 2019 and the State Bar of California in 2020.
