After having a long conversation and communicating my issues with Jeffrey Fawaz the broker at this company regarding an agent working under his license, I was met with a condescending, passive aggressive and could care less attitude. This company employs realtors who don’t care for their clients or attends and delivers a satisfactory work performance but definitely cares about their commission oh yeah! If your concern is to find an agent to care and help you throughout the process, build rapport, cater to your needs as a seller or buyer, to see you through the finish line and truly feel they care for you, this is not the company for you. After being gaslighted and ignored by the broker and the agent I ended in the process of selling my property with an extremely disappointing experience and bad taste in my mouth. If you want to work with people who have no regard for you and only care about making their commission, then this is the place for you. You will definitely feel it. Id recommend any one to research thoroughly and find an agent who will cater to your goals and needs, which unfortunately was not done for me working with this broker and agent, save yourself the stress and find an agent and broker who are competent in genuinely helping and advising you. This bad experience was with Alejandro Carrillo and would not recommend him to anyone in the future.
