I purchased a home that was listed by John Denault from West Shores Realty. John was challenging to get ahold of at the best of times. He didn't respond to texts, emails, or voicemails and could only be reached by phone call about one out of every 10 tries. After the sale closed, John and his broker, Amir, didn't remove their giant for sale sign or open house flags from my property despite repeated requests and I finally had to saw it up and throw it out one piece at a time. I would strongly advise against working with anyone at this company for any part of your property-buying experience.
